Receiving Shipping Orders

Overview

When receiving orders with the browser or mobile app, users can either scan the QR label or select from a shipping list. See the following information to see how to streamline shipping with ManufactOn.

 

Receiving on the Browser

1. Select Logistics Manager
2. Select the Shipping phase.
3. Click the 3-dot menu next to the order to receive
4. Select Receive then fill out all fields in the pop-up box
   
   
5. Select one of the three options for receiving shipments
   • Leave items packaged- keeps the items in a shipping order as "In Storage"
   • Release to Inventory- fulfills the order and moves the associated items into Inventory
   • Mark as immediately consumed - fulfills the order and marks all the items in the order as Complete
6. Select Receive

Notes: o If the items are Released to Inventory, and the inventory location
         selected is the Top-Level of the Nested Company Location, a 
         Transfer Request to stock the received items will be created.
       o To receive or partially receive Shipments or deliveries within a 
         shipment, please review the KB Article on 
         Creating/Managing Partial Shipments.

 

Receiving on a Mobile Device

Receiving on a mobile device can be accomplished by selecting from a list of shipping orders or by scanning a QR label.
