Overview
Tags are a great way to organize and structure information. They allow your organization to pre-define a set of tags for users to choose from rather than expecting the user to type in a tag freely each and every time which can create a wide variety of results with unintended consequences. For example, one user who wants to tag an order as an initial test build might tag it "Prototype" where another user might tag it with "mock-up". Both are valid but both will not be found when a search for one or the other is made to see how many initial test builds were made. Standardizing tags can be a powerful way to track and then find those things you and your team may care about.
